1. What is trauma counseling?
Trauma counseling is a therapeutic approach specifically designed to help individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences. It provides a safe space to explore trauma-related emotions and responses, helping clients develop coping strategies, resilience, and emotional healing.

2.  What can I expect in a trauma counseling session?
In trauma counseling, sessions are usually structured to ensure safety and comfort. You’ll work with your counselor to understand your trauma responses, identify triggers, and gradually process your experiences.

3. How long does trauma counseling take?
The length of trauma counseling varies based on individual needs, goals, and the nature of the trauma. Some may find relief in a few months, while others may work through more complex trauma over a longer period. Your counselor will collaborate with you to create a treatment plan that feels right.

4. What if I feel worse before I feel better?
